Midsummer Musical Retreat is an exciting, full week long program including:
- Five full, immersive days of music making in a fun, vibrant, diverse community of campers and faculty
- Personalized music instruction from faculty in large ensembles, chamber music groups, small sectionals, and afternoon electives
- Faculty concerts from our amazing, professional instrument and vocal faculty
- Evening social events including camp sing-along, Club Morendo our casual evening performance opportunity, and Skit Night! our close of camp sketch comedy show by our campers
- Celebration of the joy of making community through music for 40+ years!

Volunteering
MMR is also made possible every year by a number of volunteers. In addition to our all-volunteer board of directors, we seek additional volunteers to help with social events and driving golf carts. Non-participants who may be coming to MMR with participant spouses have often enjoyed volunteering to make camp a success for all. Driving a golf cart is a great way to meet campers, enjoy the beautiful campus, and help make MMR a success for everyone! We also offer reduced program fees for volunteer golf cart drivers.
