Eli Weinberger

In demand for recordings, solo engagements, and as a leader in local ensembles, Eli Weinberger embraces the uniquely dynamic world of a freelance musician. Since obtaining his Masters and Post Masters performance degrees at McGill University, Eli has performed with a wide variety of internationally acclaimed artists and ensembles from pianist Manahem Pressler to pop group Macklemore, and has appeared on and recorded for television shows, film scores, video games, albums, music videos and commercials. 

Eli is currently principal cello in the North Corner Chamber Orchestra (NOCCO) as well as the Northwest Symphony Orchestra. As a teacher, he currently maintains a small studio of hard working, musically gifted students. Outside of music, Eli enjoys spending time gardening with wife and best friend Sarah, studying local history, hiking, baking and providing amusement and praise for their two cats, Nibbler and Marcel.

Eli is equipped with a professional recording studio in his home and currently teaches his full studio of students remotely.
